Booking an artist through our platform involves the following steps:
Submit a booking request form
Receive confirmation of availability and pricing
Agree to the terms and conditions of the booking
Finalize the agreement with a signed contract and, if required, a deposit
All bookings are subject to approval and artist availability.
All payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the artist booking agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Final payment is usually required before the event date.
Cancellation policies vary by artist and will be outlined in the booking agreement. Like It Harder is not liable for cancellations by the client or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, force majeure).
Like It Harder is not the direct employer of the artists. We act as an intermediary to facilitate contact and arrangements between you and the artist. We are not responsible for the performance or behavior of artists at your event, though we strive to work with reliable professionals.
You agree not to:
Misrepresent event details or payment information
Harass or abuse artists or staff
Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove access to users who violate these Terms.
All content on likeitharder.nl — including artist profiles, videos, images, and logos — is owned by Like It Harder or its licensors. You may not use this content without permission.
Like It Harder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. We do our best to ensure a smooth experience but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Belgium.
